I was on the hunt for a hard-to-find adhesive (for attaching Karndean tiles to walls - believe me, it exists, and it works wonders), and the Lilley Tile and Stone website claimed they had it available. A quick call confirmed it was indeed the right product, and they had it in stock (just like the site mentioned). I placed my order online at 11:39, received shipping confirmation at 11:55, and got the tracking info by the end of the day. It arrived at 08:56 the following morning, nicely packed. Absolutely flawless in every aspect.

Awesome business. I've placed orders with them two times and they were super fast with delivery. The first order had some stuff shipped from Germany, and I was thinking I hadn’t heard anything about it, but turns out... check your junk mail! I’d totally order from Lilley Tile and Stone again.

On Wednesday, the tiler accidentally used the wrong grout color for the tiles. The next day, I reached out to Linley Tile & Stone for a quick delivery of Magpei color pens. By 8:00 am on Friday, my order showed up via DPD. Later that afternoon, I managed to recolor all the bathroom tiles to the right grout shade, and it looks amazing! The plumber is set to come on Monday to install the bath, shower, WC, sink, and all the furniture. Huge thanks to the guy on the phone who assisted me so quickly and effectively.

I reached out for some guidance and was impressed by how friendly and helpful the team was. Unfortunately, one of the items I ordered was wrong because it was sent straight from the factory. I shot an email to Lilley Tile and Stone, and they got back to me in about 10 minutes, resolving the issue super fast (like within 3 days). Plus, I noticed that for the three products I ordered, they had the best prices around. I’d totally shop with them online again, and actually, I already have!

I spent £223 on stuff at the store, only to discover they had jacked up the prices on almost everything, adding up to an extra £30 compared to what I would’ve paid if I had clicked and collected online. As a developer, I've chatted with some local tradespeople who’ve had the same issue with these guys. I mentioned I’d be ordering online and returning my last purchase, but they rudely refused to give me a refund. About half an hour after I raised a fuss in the shop, they went and changed all their prices on the website. Thankfully, I took a screenshot of my basket for evidence. This is my first-ever review, but I felt it was necessary to give folks a heads-up to steer clear of this place. They’re quite shady and seem willing to lose a customer over £30, which makes me think they really need it more than I do. Their business ethics are appalling; they don’t deserve to be in operation. Good luck dealing with trading standards!

I asked for an invoice two times for a product I got. Didn't even hear back, so steer clear if you need it for your records, to claim VAT, or for your accounting. It's hard to figure out why they just ignore you.

I bought the Premier Diamond Blade for cutting exterior porcelain paving, 300mm size. It ends up chipping the slabs and slicing the edges off. When I reached out, they claimed I was using it incorrectly and refused to give me a refund. With 20 years in landscaping under my belt, I know my stuff. I won't be dealing with this company again.

Our daughter suggested we check out this company. Nick provided excellent service. There were a few bumps along the way, but they weren't caused by Lilleys (just some supplier mix-ups) and Nick handled everything like a pro. I'd surely go with this company again and can wholeheartedly endorse them. Plus, the selection of tiles is way better than what you find in the big box stores.

This is truly one of the top companies I've ever worked with. The advice before the sale was top-notch, and the support after the purchase was even more impressive. Their pricing, service, and delivery are unbeatable. I highly suggest checking them out; every part of this business is exceptional.

I wish I could rate this zero stars. I spent £250 on Mapei tanking supplies, and when the two largest boxes showed up, I was shocked. They were stuffed to the top with crumpled paper, old Christmas wrapping, and clearly a bunch of junk they wanted to toss. Honestly, I was surprised I even found some of my items in that chaos! The Mapei waterproofing membrane, which cost £90, is now all covered in glitter from that wrapping paper! What a total joke. Stay away from this company if you expect your products to be treated with any care!

Buying tile adhesive online ain't usually my go-to, but I had no luck with local stores that had prices I was happy with. Lilley tile & stone came through with the S2 adhesive at a great price, and that included delivery. The delivery was speedy, and their communication was spot on. I’d definitely recommend them without a second thought.
